Dia do profissional de RH: a história e a importância do RH nas empresas!

O dia do profissional de recursos humanos é comemorado em 3 de Junho, sendo uma figura importante para as empresas e que lida diariamente com os profissionais integrados a instituição e o relacionamento da corporação.

Esta comemoração acontece devido à fundação WFPMA (World Federation of People Management Associations) que ocorreu em 1976, com o intuito de compor uma rede de profissionais voltados à gestão de pessoas, que nos dias atuais possui reconhecimento dos trabalhadores para o sucesso das empresas.

No Brasil, o reconhecimento ocorreu no mesmo ano partindo da iniciativa da fundação ABRH-SP (Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos – São Paulo), por Genésio Lucone.

  • Qual a importância do RH nas empresas?

Atualmente compreendemos como o setor de Recursos Humanos é significativo e pode fazer toda diferença para as organizações, tendo uma abordagem voltada para a revolução da gestão de pessoas e compreendendo as necessidades da corporação, e o que cada funcionário é capaz de exercer. Assim, este departamento é direcionado para a estruturação e melhores condições de trabalho, promovendo motivações e ambientes positivos na instituição, tornando a empresa como um organismo que atua de maneira integrada e direcionada.

Nesses 44 anos em que esta data é celebrada, percebemos o desenvolvimento do papel do RH dentro das organizações, destacando todo o seu esforço para a corporação, além de contribuir no envolvimento corporativo.
